Traveling to various destinations for work can be taxing to your employees to say the least. This issue can be further compounded when they are required to tabulate daily mileage, expense and activities to be reported at the end of the month.

TeamMileage eases the burden by providing a one-stop centralized location where this information can be stored and retrieved for monthly report submissions.

We started TeamMileage with reporting modules for pastoral mileage, pastoral daily activates and church attendance. Since then, we have expanded our services to include expense reporting, vacation (and other leave types) management.

We facilitate monthly and yearly leave calendars and real-time leave tracking services. Our notification system now includes the ability to automate notices for persons approaching their allowed maximum annual vacation leave accrual, persons celebrating birthdays, marital and employment anniversaries, and mileage and activities monthly submission reminders. Our system also has improved to include voting and allow companies to create custom activities for staff members to report on. We also include a directory service module that provides easy access to contact information for your employees.
